Risk
The first rule in designing any risk management
system is to avoid the risk.
This is not possible under a 457 visa sponsorship
agreement.
To ignore these risks is to play 457visa roulette.
It becomes a matter of luck.
A Sponsor may go for two or three years without
an employee becoming ill or having an accident, but there is always
the risk of a major claim event.
In “reverse
roulette” you do not want to win.
